Post Infection

Still coughing a bit bit enjoyed a 10km run to addingham and back at a steady pace with the mrs with plenty of regrouping, really easy

Some pain in my right glute but otherwise the body feels fine.

Will have a think and do some sums re GNR pace etc and blog it before I run
