Turned up for a speed session with a few Harriers - the one where you probably end up feeling sick. 4x 1k efforts "comfortably" under 4 minutes which is an improvement. Didn't feel sick but definitely got a dose of the Elvis legs after the 4th effort.
Thursday is night is usually the low point of the week for me - the point when work is most doing my head in - so this later session is a gift - this type of high intensity session clears my head (ie I don't lie around all night being grumpy and slobbish) :-)
